Do you have a physical store?
We do NOT have a physical store, we are fully operating online via our website, instagram and etsy! We work out of our home in Sleepy Hollow, NY. We plan to have pop ups throughout the year. Make sure to follow us on social media to stay updated on where you can find our stuff!
Are any of your items available for purchase in Sleepy Hollow or Tarrytown?
Currently, all our items are available exclusively online. However, we have exciting plans for the future! We're looking forward to coordinating some pop-up events later this fall and exploring collaborations with local businesses. Do you accept returns/offer refunds?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error. If you receive a damaged item or encounter any issues, please contact us so that we can assist you and provide a suitable resolution.
Are your products made in-house?
While we don’t personally handle the production and shipping of most of our items, we work with a trusted, US-based printing provider to ensure top quality. As a small business, this allows us to focus on the creative aspects—like designing, managing our social media, and running our website. Many of our designs are created in-house, but for some, we collaborate with a talented friend who helps bring our unique visions to life. We don’t use pre-made designs from Etsy or other marketplaces. Our goal is to offer exclusive and authentic products that capture the spirit of Sleepy Hollow for both tourists and locals alike!
I have a question, what is the best way to reach you?
The best way to reach us will be via email! You can also shoot us a quick DM on instagram. Please note that we will always try to provide a prompt response via email but keep in mind, we all have full time jobs apart from The Horseman’s Shop so at times you may receive a response after 5:30pm EST.
What happens if I don't receive my package but the tracking says "delivered"?
If the carrier marks your package as delivered, but you haven't received it, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to inquire about any additional details or instructions left by the delivery person. In certain cases, we may be able to assist you by replacing your order, but please note that you would be responsible for covering the cost of shipping.
What if my order is simply lost in the mail?
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
When is The Pet Collection going to be available?
Any and all updates will be posted on our social media! We’ve been so busy that it’s been tough to find the time to dedicate to the Pet Collection but definitely still on the agenda!
Are there going to be any additional items available for purchase?
YES! There are many additional items in the works including some additional apparel options with new designs, hats, drinkware, etc!
